Jayce Smart
Founder

Jayce Smart is the founder of Smart Pipe and Concrete , which provides structural pipe and concrete, to residential and commercial. Jayce has a passion for for making your dreams become a reality.
Jayce grew up in the small town of Glen Rose Texas, Jayce graduated high school in 2015. While in high school Jayce played on the basketball, softball, and rodeo teams. Jayce also showed lambs in the FFA class. After graduating she went to college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University where she then transferred to Weatherford College and received her Associates of Applied Science.
Growing up around horses her whole life, September 2020 Jayce and her mother bought their first AQHA Team Roping Futurity show horses named LHR Talkin Time also known as “Sherri”. Sherri is out of the 4 million dollar sire Smooth Talkin Style. Following in her father’s footsteps Sherri is an RFA Champion of 2022.
Jayce and Ryan started dating April 16th 2021, and got married August 25th 2023. Jayce and Ryan had always dreamed of opening a business, so they decided to start Smart Pipe and Concrete.

As vice-president of SPC, Ryan strives to meet the needs and wants of every client’s construction project.
Ryan grew up in Mansfield Texas and was in the graduating class of 2014 from Mansfield High School. While in high school he raised and showed cattle.
Having a very big interest
in a ranch his father started in 1994 in Ranger Texas, 15 years later moving to Coleman Texas. If it was not a show day, he spent majority of his free time on the ranch. It did not matter if it was cold or hot, rain or shine Ryan still knew there was work to do.Ryan carried these qualities throughout high school
and to Texas State Technical College where he became a Certified Diesel Mechanic graduating a semester early all while working for a dozer service company digging stock tanks, clearing land, and various other land services.Shortly after graduation Ryan got an interest in the oil and gas industry. He was able to start a career in the perforating and fracking part of the industry. As he progressed and grew
in the industry it allowed his dreams to flow in.
